Frequently asked questions
How much space do you need?
About 2×2 meters for the booth, backdrop, and props table. A nearby power outlet helps. We can adjust to your venue.
Are prints really unlimited?
Yes! For your whole package duration, shots and prints are unlimited. No charge per strip.
Can the strip design be customized?
Of course. The custom template is free — we add your event name, date, and motif colors.
Where do you serve?
We cover the metro, and out-of-town too. A small travel fee applies depending on distance.
How do I reserve a date?
Just a reservation fee to lock the slot. Message us and we will send available dates and payment details.
Before you book
Booking terms & conditions
A few simple rules so your event slot is locked in and worry-free.
A booking becomes valid and confirmed only when (1) the reservation fee is paid and (2) we send you a written confirmation of your date, time, venue, and package. Until both are done, the date is not held and stays open to other clients.
Reservation fee confirms it
A 50% reservation fee secures your booking; the remaining balance is settled on or before the event day. Your slot is only considered booked once this fee is received and confirmed.
Dates are first-paid, first-served
An inquiry or verbal hold does not reserve your date. The slot stays open to other clients until the reservation fee is paid — weekends and peak season fill up fast, so book early.
Cancellation & reschedule
Reservation fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no extra cost with at least 7 days notice (subject to availability); the reservation fee carries over to the new date within 3 months.
Space, power & setup
Please provide a flat 2×2 m space and a power outlet within 3 m of the booth. For outdoor events, a covered area shielded from rain and direct sun is required. Overtime is billed per hour; out-of-town events may have a travel fee.
These are our standard terms — final details are confirmed in writing when you book, and your official quote always takes priority. Figures may vary by package, date, and location.
